Just for bringing in Dennis Green? There is a good buzz right now all around the NFL about the Cards..has the schedule been announced yet?

Heck, I'd be surprised if we get a Sunday night game.

Absolutely no chance. No national audience is going to get hyped up for the Arizona Cardinals vs _______________, no mater who the coach is.

Maybe a Sunday night ESPN game but thats the best we can hope for.

At every bar I was at this year alot of other teams fans were cheering loud for the Bengals just cause they wanted them to win cause they have sucked for so long.

I would say probably the Patriots game next season...Sunday night or MNF...that would be sweet.

MNF at Sun Devil Stadium? No thanks. Wait till the Glendale stadium opens.

If we have to be on at night, let it be on the road.

I think it was Jeff G who said that when a NY team plays in AZ it usually is a night (or Saturday) game so the network can use the NY market on Sunday for a better game. All i ask is for a Sunday Night home opener like it used to always be. That was my vacation week each year until they made it a daytime game. I tried it once (vs. Chargers in 2002) and as much as I love the team, sitting in 120 degree plus weather with 27K fans wasn't too appealing nor fun.
Bring back the ESPN Sunday Night home opener vs. a good team plus it being Dennis Green's first game and expect a nice 50K+ crowd and a nice weather, good time, home opener!!!

Go Cards/ America!

I could see a Sunday night game early in the season. During that first month only night games should be played here.

First reaction: "No."

Then I thought about the NY media dollars - we play both the Jets and Giants at home. If one of those games is early in the season, it would make a lot of sense to protect the opposing teams from the "stifling heat of anti-Lambeau field..." by playing an evening game.

But my guess is that it would be a Sunday or Thursday nighter and not a Monday event.

Unless the schedule comes out before the draft.

Then we don't have a chance.

The schedule will come out after the draft, but there is now way they will know if he is starting at QB by the time the schedule is set.

Actually, they usually release the schedule in early to mid-April, which I believe is before the draft (at least this year's draft which I think is in late April?).

However, last year, they released the schedule in the last few days of March (which is really early). I am always eagerly anticipating the schedule realease every year because I can't plan any of my vacations until I see when we play in the cities I plan to travel to.
