I dont think your franchise has any right to talk about winning a superbowl considering you've never been to one.

we really shouldn't be taunting this guy. i mean, his team might actually come out and lose a fourth NFC championship game! what's that? oh, warner is 2 -0 in nfc championship games? and what's that further? oh, he's 1 - 0 against the iggles in nfc championship games? oh my. what can we do???

Sometimes, people are fans for different reasons. My girlfriend didn't even like football before I met her, after watching Cardinals games she's been getting more and more into it. Some of it is feeding off my energy, but she's genuinely entertained. I think there will be handful of these fans who didnt pay attention to football before but now are. I think these fans are good for the team, its almost like a first adoption.

Then, there are people who switch from team to team. These are the people I cannot stand. They are likely to leave as soon as something else comes along.

The bottom line is, its good for new adoptions or for younger people, but then there are those jack asses out there who are just front runners. We should come out with a larger core than we had before, and thats what is important.

The band wagon fans are fine.... but, they have to be taught how to be fans. This is our _responsibility_ and our _privledge_.

They need to know how to scream their hearts out on defense and sit on their hands while Kurt is working. They need to know they should be standing on 3rd downs and big plays. They need to be taught to ignore other team's fans who are heckling or distracting you from the truly important part of fandom.... screaming and helping this team win.

Most fans come to a team because that team is winning.. yes, they jump on the band wagon, our job now is to train them to be fans because it is their home team and its is the Cardinals and UoP stadium is so d**m fun to visit that they never, ever want to leave. Once that happens, they stop selling tickets to other teams, they stop saying 'same old Cardinals' and they start bringing more fans around.. who in turn, get taught by the next generation.

Its the cycle of my life my friends and I say "bring 'em on board" ... just kick off the quiet whining ones.

No .. I hate them. There is this ugly lazy fat b at my work who is about 45 and never once said a thing about the Cardinals. She went at 8am yesterday and stood in line with her husband and bought 16 tickets (8 each) and said she now got her jersey from Albertsons and is a die hard Cards fan .... Yet is selling the additional 14 tickets to the highest bidder on Ebay. I told her she should not rip off real Cardinals fans and because of people like her, I couldnt buy a ticket. She said she is going to sell them to whoever pays the most. Eagles fan or not.... :bang:

Tell her that you will give her 3 big macs for her tickets!

I guess it's up to the individual. I have lived in Arizona since 1982 and couldn't wait until the state got an NFL team. I went to the Wranglers and Outlaw games when the USFL was here. The biggest thrill was when the Wranglers made it to the title game.

I was sad when Lee Hamilton left town and he said one reason he left was because there was no NFL team here. I was fully behind Bart Starr and his attempt to bring a franchise to the state, but sadly that was not successfully. Even though Bidwill was despised by most people, I fully embraced the Cardinals as my team when they moved here.

Arizona is a state where we have many transplanted people(me included), so I don't mind if they adopt the Cardinals as their team. What I don't like is when people pull for any Arizona sport team but also root for another, like the Eagles and Phillies.

I HATE THEM!!! sunshine fans are NOT fans! they are keeping people like me from being able to attend a game. NEVER embrace a sunshine fan because when the clouds inevitably come back!! they'll be gone just like that

Band wagoners don't bother me one bit, they actually serve a purpose which is keeping the haters from having free reign. Kind of like Sheriff Joe's posse in the mall parking lots at Christmas time.

they are annoying in that they act like they have been there all along... Some are worse that others. For the most part though I would say it represents the team better and maybe a few bandwagoners will become permanent fans which is great.

I was a bandwagon type fan until we got Boldin, I loosely followed the team in that I connected to them out of all the teams, but then again I am only 22, and was young to actually be following before Boldin.

I welcome them. The more Cardinal fans the better, I say.

What does piss me off is when I get called a bandwagoner. It's usually by loser 49er and Ram fans who are just haters anyway.
For a minute, I confused you with Ronin, and thought this was the most hilarious post I had ever read.

I have my Wilson baseball bat in my trunk just waiting to see someone strolling around Harrisburg, PA in cards gear.

They didnt have the guts to put up with the ridicule as I did for the last 20+ years so a beating they deserve!

oh boy... do you guys remember the venom with which I used to use on our own organization? Hot damn it feels good to turn that around and throw on someone else for a change!

It's a new dawn... a new day and a new Cheese!

Bring on the Eagles and their 500 ton drooling ******** fanbase. Yeah, I've been to Philly. Even sucked face with one of your disgusting tramps for a little while before I had to puke from the ever-present taste of a three week-old Pat's cheesesteak wid wiz lodged between the jump-rope sized gap in her two front teeth. That city's a horror show and on Sunday night, we're gonna make a freaking nightmare.
I like the new cheese. I like the old cheese too, but new cheese is better!

Dont worry, all the bandwagoners will be gone ina Week

you're right. I expect you to be gone a week from now after we kick the ever living snot out of the Eagles. in fact, I expect you to be gone come Sunday, round 3 pm when it's readily apparent that the Eagles have no shot to come back in the ball game.

Just answer my question. When was the last time you won a Super Bowl? Is reading and comprehension really that hard for you? Oh yeah I forgot who I was talking too. Some moron who talks like his mouth is full of marbles. When they chant the Eagles do you even spell it right??

LOL! Awesome.

When these morons ask how many times we have been to a Super Bowl, we should say none. Then we should ask them how many times have they gone and failed to finish the job.

Frickin' awesome!

We should welcome them. How many hard core fans jumped on the bandwagon in the mid 70's and never got off? How many jumped on in 98 and never got off?

The only thing that bugs me about the bandwagon is when people accuse me of being someone who just jumped on.

I took note of one of those "test your IQ" advertisements on an Eagles site that mentions that the average IQ of a Philly fan is 98.

More stupid then that... you die!

Come on, come on, come on. You can't seriously be planning on quoting regular season scores as justification for who's going to win here. It's too easy to ask about the Bengals.

It's a game, and may the best team win. Just be prepared for all the tears you'll shed while you're asking if they can just call the Thanksgiving game the championship and throw out the result from January. Enjoy watching the Super Bowl on TV.
