we're going to get destroyed. The Cowboys are stronger than their record shows. Even Dallas's backup Kitna blows away our starting QB(s)

John Kitna is Tom Brady compared to Jimmy Claussen.
:)

...or compared to any Cardinals QB who has worn a Redbird jersey this year.

We're gonna get smoked & you guys should feel lucky you don't live in Dallas or work for their biggest sponsor. Monday's really, really blow for me listening to all the crap talking :bang:

I guess it's a foregone conclusion that the 13-1 Cowboys will manhandle us Christmas night..................................Oh, the Cowpukes are really just 5-9 & just allowed 30 pts to an offensively inept & demoralized Skins team. I understand that we suck, but we're not playing the Patriots guys!!!
Have you seen this team play this year????? I don't think so.

Do you know what happenned to this team this last Sunday against a 1-12 team???? I don't think so.

For some reason I will have hope as gametime approaches.

After the first long run against us or catch by a wide open Jason Witten my hopes will be dashed quickly. :bang:

I was a New York Met fan when they became a team in 1960. I Was a New York Titans Fan before they were the New York Jets. I was a New York Nicks Fan in the 50' - 60's. When I was a kid we lost the Brooklyn Dodgers, and The New York Giants. Moved to Buffalo in the 70's and had to live with the Buffalo Bills, when they really sucked. Moved here in 1978, then 10 years later The Cardinals moved here from St. Louis, Mo. 18 more years of suck. Now you can see that I have lived with embarrassment for a long time. I even live in this State that is so Stupid that it ranks 49th out of 50 in Education. Wow talk about Embarrassment. Hell lets just call it life.

My shift at work starts an hour after kick off, so it should be over by the time I have to leave.

I'll be going to the game because It'll will be the last game I will be able to see in the stadium. Really hope we put up a fight or win. Hopefully the Cowgirls turn the ball over to our defense like 6 times in their territory so we can bury them with field goals.

It will also seem like a home game for the Cowboys as many Card fans are selling their seats. Just like the old days at Sun Devil stadium when the Cowboys came to town.:bang:
i remember those days well, surrounded by closet queer cowpuke fans:mad:

Personally I am hoping we get eviserated. The following week too. Thats why I dont' get the whole "i just want a win" mentality from the fans. I get it from a player and coach perspective, but not from the fans.

We have been embarassed enough this year. Any further embarassment will only be incremental. Even if we blow out the Cowboys whats that gonna do? Are people all of a sudden nationally going to have a different view of us?

Maybe I am a masochist but I want to get beat bad. Because THAT will be the impetus to real change this offseason. We are 99% sure Wiz isnt going anywhere but the worse end to the season, the more likley Mike B is angered and pays for FA's and better coordinators (or at least I hope thats the case)

I still think we have a good HC and talent. A Top 3 pick in each round and a last place schedule would be a magic elixir for next season prospects IMO, assuming the quarterback situation is taken care of. And again the worse the end of the season, the more drastic changes to be made.

So I say forget 45-3 SWD. I want 72-0. Thats what will be best for our prospects in 2011.

Game day embarssement is temporary. Season after season of ineptitude (and we are all familiar with that) is prolonged agony.

If we are going to go out, lets go out in a blaze of glory.

So I'm taking it that you won't be at the game, in the stands with the Cowboy fans?

Ill be in Pennsylvania with my family. But I get your point.

But its just temporary. Think bigger picture. We win this game, nothing happens but a couple jollies and ability to talk trash to some Cowboy fans.

Personally I would rather have a top 3 pick.

No offense but remind me not to allow you in any type of leadership role - not so good in the motivational department.

;)

The funny thing is I own a company and directly manage 7 people.

But I am not naive enough to think my opinion motivates the players. Thats buisiness, this is sports. I am a fan. And I want to be better next year.

Yes, I know you do as well as I do. I just had that funny picture of General Patton's with a de-motivational speech to his troops. Not so good.
