Zion is better and very likely he will get picked earlier
Better feet, strong, can play guard tackle and center , he should be a top 15 pick
Green is definitely a trade down option

I would rather trade up than down. The Cards don't have the best track record of trying to be cute by trading back for additional capital.
I like Johnson and Green, both to me would warrant a first round pick at our position... and yeah, being cute is something this ugly franchise has problems pulling off lol

Please explain
Green has issues that are hard to correct. On the plus side he’s a fine drive blocker which makes him an asset in the ground game. As good as he is in the run game, that’s how bad he is at pass blocking. I don’t like his football instincts as he has great trouble diagnosing the defensive plan. He’s a sucker for stunts and has trouble picking up blitzes. D-Lines that shift a bunch confuse him. When he fails to get properly positioned he grabs. He’s a holding penalty, drive killer waiting to happen. He has balance issue and even though he has quick feet he often gets beat by rushers with good moves, like stutters. His combine performance was mediocre only lifting 20 times. I know there are evaluators who like him. I just think he’s an unnecessary risk with surer things there at 23.

Thanks Harry, makes me reconsider my stance on him... who are your top five guys who can play the interior OL

Sounds exactly like DJ Humphries and Josh Jones. Keim loves these traits in his O-lineman, and after all these years I don't think it's funny anymore.

I wouldn’t be upset if the picked him. I just think the odds favor other players. He’s a road grader in the running game. There are those who believe he can become a solid pass protector. So much of this business seems instinct.
