I see what you were referring to:

ill give the defense of what i think he meant: he isnt going to be the CEO coach who fully delegates playcalling -- and be left with simply managing the game.

lets be real: is anyone going to come out and say "im not good at managing games"--which is amongst the top things a HC is responsible for?

That may be the dumbest thing a coach has ever said. What does he think a head coaches main duty is? It's managing the game.

it’s mind boggling that we signed him in the first place. It’s just straight dereliction of duty to continue on after the face plant the last seven games of the season and after reading this crap.
