They had him rushing inside against 320lb guards, they dropped him into coverage. It's not like he was rushing the passer from the edge 200 times.

Gladney gave up a passer rating of 118.1 and missed 20% of his tackles as a rookie. Then he was released over the legal issues. So, yeah, I don't know about this one.
