Kuemper played really well in the net. From what I saw, he pretty much built an Alamo around the stick side of the goal. It's a lot easier to use the glove side because your hand is more mobile than the waffle board. Not sure why Calgary kept going to the left wing.
And takeaway: there is nothing more annoying to a hockey player than hearing the "high-c" when that puck hits the post. They're made of hollow aluminum, which basically turns them into organ pipes. When you hit one with a piece of frozen vulcanized rubber, it's the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Even worse...hitting the pipe of an empty net!!!
