I am having problems with videos constantly rebuffering/ reloading. A real pain in the neck when trying to watch NFL Rewind videos of Cardinal games.

Does anyone know anything about this problem?

I would have them come out and check your internet connections and lines running into the house...If you live in an older home, you may have some loose connections in the walls, etc. I've had UVERSE for almost 2 years and love it...I had a similar problem when we first got it, and it turned out to be a combination of bad wiring in the house and a bad DVR Receiver...replaced both and have never had another problem.

They generally have good customer service and tech support...and the guys they send to your house are good too.

I can't even get NFLrewind videos to load now. Must be a problem with the wireless router.

I would have to agree that they have good customer service cause I now work for the company that does the over the phone technical support :p I don't work with the Uverse product but I would call in and if they can't get it fixed they will do a truck roll.

I think it might be that when we switched they put the router upstairs instead of in my office and instead of hard wired the office desktop computer is now operating wireless. Might be a signal strength problem. But I'll call.
