At what point do you fire this coaching staff?

If you fire a coaching staff part way into the first year then you will not find any top candidates that will want the job.
Also, you have to be able to get a top candidate, and let them build staff, and those guys are all busy coaching the teams they are on right now. Best you are going to get is fire head coach and move up OC or DC, or fire the OC or DC and move up a ST coach, etc. This is going to be a LONG season. THe REAL answer is you pray, first year coach learns on the job and they get better and better each week.

Actually no, there is no high school team, or college team for that matter, which would have been competitive with us because our pro talent alone across the board would bury them but here lies the problem, it's not as much talent as the coaching since every pro team has talent and you win by executing and out scheming your opponent for the most part. I know you probably said that for effect because this is the worst coaching or allocation of personnel I have seen as a Cardinal fan... though I would agree with you that there are high school coaching programs which have a better grasp

Definitely for effect. Being 0-2 doesn’t necessarily bother me. It’s just how completely unwatchable this team is. The only thing right now that would entice me to watch them would be if Rosen were playing. And if that resulted in 5 first downs per game, I would turn him off too. Sadly, I don’t see anything changing until McCoy is gone

Last week was painful to watch with not getting past the 50 yard line all second half.
