At that time, those of us who already though the Cardinals were a "Legit title contenders" were told to "
Take your eyes off the stat sheet and watch some games." Well i was watching the games my eyes told me that the Cardinals WERE "Legit title contenders" who at that time had had a few lapses where they hadn't played up to their capabilities.
To try to keep this positive, I will make this question the point of my post: Has anything really changed since November 2nd - the midpoint of the season - to transform the Cardinals from "not" being a "Legit title contender" to now being "elite"? If so, what changed or what adjustments were responsible for the "turnaround"?
Or have they simply cut down on their mistakes a bit through good coaching and preparation, and played more consistently up to their talent level? Were they "legit" all along?
I think it's the latter. Both the stat sheet and most of our eyes backed it up then as well as now. And i'm lovin' it!
