That's a nice site to know about.
Been to 5 games thus far - Repko, the Dodger OF guy, is starting to impress me - he made two outfield-to-catcher throws last night and both were fast and precise enough that the runner was out at the plate (and astonished to have been nailed). Also looks like he can hit and run, and made a nice against-the-wall catch, too.
Dustin Pedroia has looked solid; I sort of like SS Tommy Whiteman, too. Carlos Quentin had a back spasm a week ago, so has hardly played; Conor Jackson has mainly DHed and is in a little slump. Marland Williams did turn up - but on the Rafters, not the Scorpions.
They seem to often play same-parent-org teammates together on the Scorpions, so a couple games I've been to there's not a single D-Back playing, which is sort of a pain. Heading out shortly for the afternoon game - gorgeous baseball weather.
Later - Conor is out of his slump - 2 hits, a walk, a run. He's at or near the top of the AZFL in walks, I believe. Carlos still not playing. Corey Myers is only playing third base (and a little bullpen catching) and looks pretty solid defensively - in fact he's made a couple tricky-hop, scoop, throw plays to first that were stellar, in the games I've seen. If he can get his hitting numbers up, Chad Tracy might find some competition eventually.
