Bruce Arians thinks Carson Palmer will be ready for mandatory minicamp

During an appearance on Sirius XM NFL Radio with Jim Miller and Pat Kirwan, Arians said that Palmer is ahead of schedule at this point in his rehab from the knee injury. As a result, Arians says that he’s thinking about a return for June’s mandatory minicamp and he’s leaving the door open for Palmer to get some work in during OTAs as well.

to heck with carson and his glass knees hes not the answer heck did you see the hit clay mathews put on russel wilson in the nfc championship? and the midget shook it off came back and won it all for his team, palmer would have been out indefinitely with some pinched nerve issues for sure

this year was palmers best chance to get back to where he once was and fate and carsons body said sit down dude you're done i wouldn't be surprised if the quarterback that finishes for us next season isn't even on the roster

If you believe that you will see any other QB under center for the Cards you are wildly mistaken. It will be Palmer, until he is injured too badly to play, or until he retires. I would hope that Keim draft's the UCLA QB this year to compete with Logan Thomas for our QBOF position. Hopefully one of those two will be ready to take over the position in 2017 from Palmer.

Bringing Hundley in from UCLA would be a great move, IMO too. If he does not work out at the QB role, then I could see him moving to another position (TE). He is an athlete and is a big boy. Plus, I'm sure he would love ending up a Cardinal, being that he is from Chandler
