They said he's going to be on set. I guess he's promoting his book.

That'll be 2 FO Cardinals on that show in the past month or so. Bidwill made an appearance with his Emmy trophy for All or Nothing. Gave host Kay Adams a Haason Reddick jersey. She's a big fan of his.

Started reading it yesterday. About 1/3 in. Tremendous read so far. Best part has to be his background on Peyton Manning and his preparation habits. Also went deep into BA's role in the Manning/Leaf debate leading up to the 1998 draft.

Any tidbits about what he/they saw as a negative regarding Leaf?

Basically, every non-tangible component to being a QB was a red flag for Leaf. He was overweight when he came to Indy for a private meeting and workout. He was not well-prepared for the interviews. When they came to Pullman for a private workout at Wazzou, his entire workout was scripted by his college coach, and when BA asked Leaf to run some of Indy's plays, he was defensive. Additionally, when BA did a background check on Leaf, pretty much everyone told BA that Leaf was an ass.

In contrast, Peyton was a natural student of the game, who was obsessive about watching film, diagnosing defenses, perfecting his mechanics, and was well-liked among his teammates and peers.
