its stretching. he said players should be stretched come practice time, that he shouldnt be using his time having players stretch but rather to teach and run plays
Did he say they were getting rid of warmups and stretching prior to games or just camp practices?

he said it prior to camp but I think he meant all around.

Again, his point is we are meeting on the field at X:AM I expect you to be stretched and ready by then.

So the Cardinals don't do any pre-game team stretching or warmups? I don't buy it.

EDIT: Could be wrong...

I dont know how else I could possibly write the sentence

they do warmups and stretching individually prior to the time they are supposed to meet on the field rather than meeting on the field and spending 15 minutes stretching and warming up with the coaches?

Its not that they dont stretch anymore its that they do it on their own time before "team time"

What you are saying is not complex... I am mostly skeptical that some new Arians stretching policy is to blame for hamstring injuries.

All of this talk is irrelevant anyway. Someone attributed hamstring injuries to this but then what about all the hamstring injuries around the league with the teams that do stretch as a team? There is no correlation
What is today's date? When did the season start?

Ok ok, who cares if BA does or doesn't have them stretch. Those stretch sessions teams do are dumb and probably don't do much for these elite athletes anyway.

if that's really the case, then Arians should point the finger at one person and one person only...himself. it's his jobs staff to teach the offense to it's players and if they ain't getting it, that's on him.

personally, I think it's all smoke...or hubris on Arians' part. He didn't draft a QB, didn't go after Alex Smith and hitched his wagon to a guy we got for a 7th round pick. Either he's not man enough to admit that decision might have been a mistake...can't admit it was a mistake at this point of the season...or we've got a real problem at HC. Time will tell, but continuing to bash anyone but Palmer is getting real old.

Still can't believe he laid the flea-flicker pick on Floyd also. Palmer throws that ball far enough and Floyd doesn't have to stop and come back to the ball to be a defender.

Yeah if my sarcasm wasn't obvious that was my take too. I find it REALLY hard to believe that Palmer is the only guy who knows the plays and everyone else is lost. Fitz isn't exactly a rookie, Roberts has been around.

You can sort of get it with Floyd, Housler, Dray, Ellington they're all young guys, but when every single guy on the team is apparently lost except for the QB you get into what's the probability it's really Palmer who's lost and the coach is trying to pump him up.

I just have a really tough time believing that first pick was on anybody but Palmer but I don't know the plays etc so who knows.

Not man enough? man you guys are downers.

lol...really? Complaining just to complain now?

Amazing how negative everyone is lately

Complaining for sake of complaining? Yea that's what I'm doing.

It couldn't possibly be that we have a HC who thinks were idiots and tries to ram down our throat that our teams QB who throws ints like they are going out of style is playing just fine. Palmers sucks has clearly sucked and to address him with no blame is completely laughable. But I guess that's what you have to do when your options are as limited as ours. Even though that same coach preached that the guy on the bench is starting caliber.

Why would you listen to him? What is he going to tell you?

I don't listen to him. He just likes to stir the pot and can take or leave this team depending in his mood. Lol

He's a good guy though!

I was referring to you not the coach hahaha
Haha. To me Arians is barely worth thinking about unless and until he develops a young QB. He doesn't seem to be doing much with Palmer.

I really dont care what Bruce says in press conferences - it has no relevance to anything really.

It absolutely does have relevance. He's the one running the team and gives us insight to how he is running it. If they have no relevance why do they have them?

You know what gives you insight on how he is running the team. The games. I think. At least the ones I watch.

They have pressers to make people think you are getting insight, but you aren't.

I dont think they give any insight, they just give cryptic answers to pay their media dues.

They have them to provide media access to fans so they will freak out on message boards about the comments made.
