Wasn't Arians the one who also said they don't spend time doing pre-game warm ups?

Cant help but think that's contributed to the rash of hammy strains :shrug
He didn't stop warm-ups at all, only stretching.
Stretching to prevent injury is an old wives tale. This article links to several studies that show stretching doesn't help, and probably hurts athletes.

Yup thats him. He completely eliminated stretching and warm ups.
You say things that are totally false.
It's a fact
Claim that it's fact.
Said players need to warm up on their own. No more warming up.
Type two sentences that completely contradict each other.
Don't know why you would think we would pull it out of thin air.
Then wonder why people ask for sources for your silly comments.:mulli:

It is a fact that's what he stated. Back in training camp. But you're right Deana, myself and bigredrage all just made it up. Lol

I call this the "keep Carson's confidence up" project

its pretty much the exact opposite to the Whis approach

we will see how it works out

It absolutely does have relevance. He's the one running the team and gives us insight to how he is running it. If they have no relevance why do they have them?

Why do men have nipples?

Post game press conferences are a complete waste of time IMO. It's all coach speak and regurgitated clichés. The only good thing that comes out of post game press conferences is the material used for beer commercials.

Sure seems like the QB and receivers are not on the same page.

I brought this up as a concern from the training camp practices that I watched. Back then it was clear that the QB and WRs were not on the same page. It still appears to be a problem.

If I recall correctly, I thought BAs system was supposed to be easier to learn or something like that. Sure doesn't appear to be that way. Way too many instances of players not being on the same page.

So, the Cardinals need to hire more offensive coaches then, right?

Stretching

not warmups

stretching

Hmmm is stretching part of warming up? Also I was at training camp I'm pretty sure you attended a few yourself. They absolutely did no warming up. They came out and got right to it at start time getting into drills and positional coaching. No jogging sideline to sideline etc... Do you recall seeing them "warm up"?

BA said himself in a presser two games ago when asked that it shouldn't take this long. Our players are apparently just stupid :)

Who cares about warming up in training camp!

It is October! Do we not have any season ticket holders who go to the games who might see if there is any fublupping difference in pre-game warmups/stretching/wretching/starmups?

He said they should have stretched & warmed up before practice started. Its up to them to get stretched & warmed up. Its not part of practice & it cuts into practice time.

why are we talking about this?

Other teams have just as many injuries as we do, we arent on some crazy injury spree or anything. Its a poor topic not worth talking about.

I could care less if players are strecthing enough.

See: levi brown injured during pre game warm ups.

At first this thread was a stretch but now I'm warming up to it.

So we just have an entire roster of stupid receivers and TE's who can't run routes or read defenses?

I recall on one play the intended receiver fell down just as he got off the line of scrimmage. Of course Larry dropped an easily catch able ball. Some of Carson's throws were worse than what I could do. Chalk that up to one ugly game. Palmer did throw a couple of really good long passes. Got to give him credit for that. He does have a strong arm. If he plays like this again it may be time to go to our backup. It is worth noting that Eli Manning was and may still be leading the NFL in interceptions so bad things can happen to good people. SF is also one tough team and I sure did not expect us to win. Same with Seattle. Our coach or OC sure made a couple of really dumb calls or had the wrong man in for a play. He should be soundly criticized for those mistakes.

Would you draft Johnny Football if you had the chance? So far he is not the Johnny Manzell of last year but the dude sure is a QB.
