That was one of the best super regional series I have ever seen. What a great win!!

That was great, back and forth the whole time and a bunch of kids you could tell had no quit in them.

Two very nervewracking games right there for sure. Time to take care of business in Omaha. This team needs to win it and with Texas out and a possible Virginia upset there are no excuses; no reason why we shouldn't take it.

Great win. Wish I could have seen the whole thing, but out here, a west coast start time + extra innings + college baseball game lengths = LATE.

I love ASU baseball. And I love that it looks like the tradition of great coaches has already continued.

ASU is now 49-0, I believe, when leading after eight innings...Oh how I wish our pro team also had such great pitching.

If anyone has the opportunity to go to Omaha for the CWS, I highly recommend it. I've gone 3 times and it is the most fun I've had at a sporting event. With 8 teams descending on a town that lives for this event, it is truly a unique spectacle.

Especially if one of the Lousiana teams gets there too. Then it turns into mini-Mardi Gras!

Clemson hangs on to win 8-6 so Clemson it is in our first round of the WS.

I had thought about going to the CWS this year to see Rosenblatt's final year. I couldn't swing it, though, and I'm going to be filled with regret when it starts. Actually, I wish I'd gone last year to see it in its last "normal" year.

Hopefully the new park won't be as sterile as it seems so far. I'm sure the event itself will still be great, just a little more corporate.
