In last nights game I noticed D'Antoni was giving instructions to Barbosa and Barbosa grabbed his arm...........I think what happened is that Barbosa did not understand what he was being told. D'Antoni then grabbed Barbosa arms and explained something and pointed down court.

It appeared to me that D'Antoni was telling him that he wanted him to stay with Voshon Lenard on defense.
(this happened after he called time out because Lenard scored)

Did the rest of you think that is what happened?

Those of you that went to the game, did you see this happen?

I did notice that as well. It looked like coach called a time out and immediately started in on Barbosa. It looked to me that Barbosa started walking away from D during the conversation. Whatever they talked about, D was obviuosly upset with something Barbosa did.

Agree with Dumas. D was screaming at Barbosa and he listened for a moment and then headed towards the bench. Figured he understood the gist of what D said and then wasn't going to listen to something he already figured out. I never saw him holding B's arms, but may have missed that or it could have happened later. D must not have been mad as he inserted him several times later on.....on and off the court he went as all the other players also did.

I think that was when I Barbosa put up an early 3 and didn't even hit rim, then didn't get back on D allowing a fast break dunk by Anthony.

I saw Mike getting heated towards Barbosa.

I think you are right Billy. That's the way I remember it.

What happened was that Barbosa was out high and didn't break back when a shot went up, leaving two Denver players to amble down court for a layin. D' was livid immediately.
