Looks like his back tweaked up even before he hit the ground. It doesn't look like a tailbone break or anything, just a badly tweaked lower back. If that's what it is, I say rest him until about the last 5 games....

Suns’ fans who stayed until the final seconds got a scare.

Leandro Barbosa fell and stayed down on a collision after Stoudemire had grabbed the game’s final rebound.

Turned out that Barbosa had taken an inadvertent elbow in the lower back from a Kings’ player and had the wind knocked out of him.

“I’m all right,” Barbosa said afterward.

“Thank God, take a breath,” Marion said. “No more injuries.”

yeah, when that happened, it didnt look like it was the fall to the floor that hurt him, but rather when he ran into one the King's.

the lower back has some pretty tender muscles, so an elbow is going to put you to the ground sometimes. he'll be sore for a couple of days and pretty tight in the morning....

He did fall but it was the elbow that hurt him. In the replay you could see him reach for his back right after the elbow and prior to falling down.
