If you guys haven't seen this year, it only came out last Thursday and should be watched before The Dark Knight.

It's not critical to seeing the movie, but it does supposedly bridge the gap between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.

It's also, very, very good. I have a review of it coming out on www.popcritics.com in the morning...around 8:30 or so.

Anyways, try to rent it this week!

What scares me about this is my overall distaste for anything that resembles anime. From what I have heard, it is anime.

Correct?

I guess it's anime,but it didn't seeem like I was watching a blatant, full-fledged anime cartoon.

I just thought it was beautifully drawn and had some good stories.

It has been equated to the Animatrix. Which wasn't bad at all.

I thought it was just okay.

Honestly, I was disappointed. The animation drove me a little... batty (I'm a slave to my lesser demons, sorry) and doesn't really fit Batman as a character.
The stories were all over the place, some good, others bad.
I was expecting a type of "Batman: Black and White" and it didn't really meet expectations.
