Washington will have quadruplets. They have Brunell (or Ramsey)/Portis/Coles/Gardner and possibly Winslow. If they go offense in round one this year, that is going to be one scary offense next year (2005).

I kind of like SEA's Hasselback-Alexander-Robinson, but he's not on there.

I voted Culpepper, Bennett, Moss. If Bennett can stay healthy, Culpepper can figure out how to protect the ball better, and Moss can keep his head on straight, that's a group that can dominate NFL Defenses for the next five years.

Also, if the Jags can get Roy Williams, Leftwich-Taylor-Williams will be the AFC's version of Culpepper-Bennett-Moss. Scary.

Culpepper protected the ball just fine this year when the IDIOTIC Randy Ratio was dropped and Moss' head is on straight.
The Bennett injury was a freak off the field thing he looked good when he came back!

So that's really 3 votes for the Vikes.

Agreed.

EDIT: Except, I'd replace Feidler with AJ Feeley. I'm not sure Fiedler will be in Miami come August.

I dunno. Culpepper was tied for second among QBs with five fumbles, four lost in 2003. In 2002 he fumbled seven times, losing twice (according to ESPN.com).

Kid needs to protect the ball. He fumbles too much for a scrambling QB.

8 votes for McCown-Shipp-Boldin?!?!?!? I knew I shouldn't have included them. I had a feeling the homers would do this to this poll. Let's be real. Boldin is the only potential superstar in the group. He's had one good year, so the jury is still out....

Maybe the cause effect thing... he fumbles because he scrambles... his INTs are a little high also. Manning can be smacked around a little and get off of his game though and James is nowhere near the back he once was. GREAT QUESTION!!!

Which one of these groups had the number 1 offense in the NFL last year. 'nuff said
Someone did a break down on the great QBs of the past and present and Culpepper is right there with them in terms of fumbles TD passes ints etc. These are the greats like Elway etc. Culpepper does scramble more and has small hands. His numbers are unfairly skewed because last year they invented the Randy Ratio - an idiotic plan that caused T.O.s like crazy.

This kid was ranked 1 in NFC and top 3 in NFL allmost all year last year. The 2 years he had legit chance to make pro-bowl he did!

This thread loses all credibility when McCown, Boldin, and Shipp get the same number of votes as Peyton Manning, Marvin Harrison, and Edgerrin James.

Some of you guys need to take a reality pill.

The Vikings ********* will blow everybody away but not the 3 you mentioned. Bennett won't start. It will be the rookie RB they drafted last year. Aaargh! I can't remember his steenking name even though I own him in my keeper league.

And Edgerrin James? He's done. He's barely adequate now.

Uhhh you realize he had nearly 1259 yards and a 4.1 YPC last season right? Oh and that was in just 13 games. He also racked up 11 TDs.

It takes two seasons to recover from an ACL injury. I would say that those of you who are saying James is done simply didn't pay attention to the season he had last year...his third removed from his ACL.

If 1260 yards and 11 TDs is barely adequate, then we better get some barely adequate players in here right away!

I still can't believe that there are 15 votes for McCown, Boldin and Shipp.

They aren't even in the top 10 of the groups of players listed. These teams are all better than the Cardinals, who only have one decent player on that list and that is Boldin.

Colts, Vikings, Chiefs, Rams, Falcons, Saints, Eagles, Titans are markedly better than the Cardinals tandem and you could make strong arguements that the Bengals and Redskins are better as well (I think they are).

My favorite Skkorp quote of all time. I remembered this one because we might end up with James now.

uhm, how old is this? George doesn't even play for TN. several of these combos are null and void. Brunell didn't even finish the 2nd half of the season as a starter. what kinda poll is this?

Collins? Kitna? Boston?

Almost a year old to the day.

The irony of Skkorp saying James sucks....and now he may come to us...is awesome.
