It looks like BB getting tossed energized the team. Now, let's see if the ump gets fined for his inappropriate behavior!!

I was watching the game on TBS and even their announcers were all over the ump's case. They said it was wrong for him to follow Curt after Curt had turned his back to him and was walking to the mound.

Even if umps do get fined, we never hear about it.

LOL - VERY first camera shot of Brenly just as the game started, I told Connie "Brenly's getting tossed tonight." - He was chomping for a fight, you could see it. And he had to protect Curt - can you imagine, if that jerk Bucknor had provoked Curt and then tossed him in the first inning?!

I must say, the twice Glen Sherlock has managed, I've been VERY pleased. I think he has the right touch.

Yeah but they say Brenly was back in the tunnel smoking and barking orders to Sherlock, heh

So how does it work with the umps---- can we say good-bye to this crew, along with the Braves? I caught the game yesterday on TBS and today's on Fox/Atlanta's feed and both sets of broadcasters pretty-much villified the umps. It didn't seem to matter whether the call was for or against the Braves. They said it was the "suits" at MLB headquarters messing with the strike zone.
