For those of you that don't know, Bertrand really dislikes being called "Bert".

This is true and there is a reason. THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE BERT!

Seriously though, Bertrand I will miss you buddy. You are by far the most down to earth and personable athlete I've ever met. I cant even list all the great memories I have of you as a Cardinal.

The best thing about 92 was that he ALWAYS stepped up in the big games. If it was SNF, MNF or the playoffs, you could lock it in that the announcers were going to say BERRY a few times.

Good luck in your future Mr. Berry. As a Cardinal fan, I hope this isn't the last I've seen from you in this organization.

It's cool when you can almost hear the future standing ovation from Cardinals fans when he walks out onto the field at some point.

I will miss BTrain for sure. I definitely see broadcasting in his future. He is an awesome person and always had time for the fans. It will be tough to replace him on the BRR.

Good luck to ya, Bertrand!!!

I'll never forget Berry waving the Cardinal flag around in Mexico City's stadium after we came back to beat the 49ers....

When I heard this news I had such mixed emotions. The way he was playing late in the season and in the playoffs made me so excited for him next year. I knew this was very possibly coming, but I just didnt want it to come. But I also was glad to know he could end his great career as a Cardinal and still in good health and after another good season. Man what a great guy and great Cardinal. His leadership will surely be missed on that D-line. And as many have already said, he was probably one of our best FA signings, Kurt obviously has the #1 spot. These two guys were very insturmental in the turn around of this team. Coming to play here when very few players wanted to. And then sticking it out believing that our beloved Cards would one day be great.

B-Train thank you for the memories and as you said last night that you will stay a Cardinals fan, I will stay a fan of 92 B-Train!!! Good luck with whatever you decide to do with the future.

Bertrand was one of the better FA pickups for the Cards. He had some good seasons for us.

Thanks Bertrand!

The sad thing is he was the most productive on our team at sacking the quarterback. You think our pass rush and inability to put pressure on Rogers and Brees was bad?

The Cards have some work in the off season to do.

I will always appreciate Berry for the way he came in and started to lead right away...he tried very hard to get the players focused and on the same page.

His two sacks in the first half of the GB game turned out to be huge.

Best Wishes, B-Train. Thanks for your efforts.

I listened to the BRR and one comment that stood out to me that BB made. He said that he was proud of all that he had done in football because he did it clean. I imagine that he meant steroid free, but it makes you wonder how many others depend on steroids to enhance their performances.

Just listened to that too. Interesting choice of words. :)

Thanks Big Bertrand! Berry is a class act through and through and is just a really cool dude if you've ever had the fortune of meeting and chatting with him. Best FA signing we've had other than Warner. The year he had in '04 on an otherwise dreadful team was sick. I hope he keeps the BRR going or he continues to cover the Cards in some other capacity. A true Cardinal!

If the NFL did blood testing I think people would be surprised (or in some case not surprised) on just how many players in the NFL would fail that test. I think more then half of the players in any of the 4 major sports would fail if they did blood testing.

Piss testing doesn't even come close to testing for most of today's enhancers.
