Some would point out that, if you bypassed a RB and, say, drafted a WR with a lower rating, it would be "Cardinal luck" that D Johnson and other RB's would suffer a rash of injuries & we'd be screwed. Better we use our pick to draft the most talented player available and let the chips fall.
Note - A few years ago, SK described his rating system as generally BPA but weighted to include position-fit/need into each player's rating. So we get to have our cake and eat it too.
I'm sure Fournette is positioned on the Cardinal's board in such a way to preclude them from picking him at 13 - but in the odd chance he was still available at 45, he would be highest on their board (after a few QBs of course).
