I like Olive Garden a lot. :) Americanized, non-authentic foods are awesome(Orange Chicken for example)

went there last night. wowza. it was really, really good, albeit expensive.

Give Giuseppie's at 28th St and Indian School a try. Much more reasonable....the red sauce is great. There are also some great specials...the bolognese is great (he uses five meats and I will tell you the secret ingredient after you order it...no it is not horse), and the Pork Osso Bucco. Most of the menu is under $10 and nothing sets you back more than $15. Don't let the plastic chairs, Cindy (very east coast waitress...she is incredibly nice), or checkerboard walls dissuade you.

Take your own bottle of wine...the corkage and stemware is only $2.50.

Pork Osso Bucco? Pig Shank instead of Veal? I dunno. I like the sausage rapini penne. Did you ever have the cheese cake when the former owner's wife made it. It was awesome!!

I find it less cruel...he does make a veal stew, though. I have not been able to bring myself to order since Pamela Anderson Lee would not approve. But I have heard good things about it. I will probably order it one day...I'm just waiting for a calf to wrong me.

Osso Bucco is delicious. Use the little fork to pull the marrow out of the bone. Yum! Tender succulent meat, yum.
