I'd have to go with the theme song from Firefly as my favorite

That is a GREAT song, co-written by Whedon. I find myself singing it out of the blue for no reason. It's a real earworm, but not an unpleasant one.

Conversely, Dollhouse was one of the worst ever. Nothing can out-do The Love Boat, though.
