According to a quick Google search, the only outlets still showing it are Amazon Prime and TV One. The latter I've never heard of. So, it's not exactly burning up the airwaves. But, your point remains.

My search wasn't exhaustive, so you could very well be correct. I can't say I've been hunting for it on DirecTV either. I'll try to remember doing a search on that guide and see what turns up.
Edit: I only searched The Cosby Show, and there are some other shows he was on that could still be running.

It's actually NOT available on Prime Video right now. You can still get it on Electronic Sell-Through (buying the episodes), but it's not part of the Prime Video offering right now.
