Yeah i would call even ray Horton now out of retirementI'd prefer anyone as long as they get rid of the soft-zone-bend-don't-break nonsense trotted out each week by VJ.

LoL you need a freaking case huh? make your own decision you got enough information out there.
I am not big into these type of topics and believe racism only exists is small pockets in this great country. Flores firing is bad example of it.
What the f**k is wrong with Stephen Ross. How can NFL say there is no racism when a minority coach who had two winning seasons in first two years is fired?
Grier should be getting fired any minute
See: Los Angeles ClippersYou brought up 'racism', so feel free to make the case.
Just so we're clear.... In your eyes Brian Flores was relieved of his duties due to the color of his skin?!What the f**k is wrong with Stephen Ross. How can NFL say there is no racism when a minority coach who had two winning seasons in first two years is fired?
So basically Ross wants Harbaugh, probably because he saw what Jim did with Colin Kaepernick and he views Tua in a similar light.Ian Rapoport

#Dolphins owner Stephen Ross: "I'm not going to be the person to take Jim Harbaugh from the University of Michigan."
It would hardly be the first time that you could point to something similar. There are several instances of minority coaches doing fairly well, only to get fired because the owner wants another head coach who just happens to be white, because the owner thinks that that coach will do even better. Is it overt racism? Maybe not, but the underlying tones are definitely there. Basically the owner keeps the minority coach on a much shorter leash than a non-minority coach.Just so we're clear.... I think Flores probably was not on the Tua Train and Ross is.So basically Ross wants Harbaugh, probably because he saw what Jim did with Colin Kaepernick and he views Tua in a similar light.
Flores was never on the Tua train. He and others wanted Burrow and that was pretty well known. Tua was forced on him and Flores made lemonade with him.I think Flores probably was not on the Tua Train and Ross is.
I don't think has anything related to the racist thing, he also hired him two years a go, and hired todd Bowles and had Vance Joseph interim coachJust so we're clear.... In your eyes Brian Flores was relieved of his duties due to the color of his skin?!
You can't play games with your young QB. That along with Miami signing guys to big contracts and then cutting them in year 2 said a lot that something was off.I think people forget the Dolphins were projected as a playoff contender & also lost 7 straight before that winning streak against 4 other clown shows in the Giants, Panthers, & Jets 2x.
