I don't know what you are talking about. I only smoke tobacco, and drink soda :D

Drugs are bad, mmmkay.

AS for Blake: "Ahem"

We hate to see you go!
We hate to see you go!
We hope the heck you never come back!
We hate to see you go!

Yes, having only McCown and Parsons is un-nerving only because neither are proven NFL talent.
But as stated earlier in this thread Blake was given his chance and did nothing with it. He stink, was horrible, etc. etc.

He had plenty of targets to throw to in Boldin, Freddie Jones, and countless others.

His accuracy stunk, his long ball arm is down to a pop gun, he holds on to the ball to long, fumbles too much, and sounds to be a bitter little man.

I am happy he is gone, and think this leads to Big Ben comming into town.
Peace

I for one am not going to miss Mr. Blake. I'll never get over the sight of him tripping over his own two feet while WALKING out of the pocket.

It was the most painfull thing to watch.

Until the second time......

Until the third time........

Until.......

I Figured it Out...

Our #3 QB will be...

Anquan Boldin.

My dream will come true - Dennis Green - who ran the single wing against us in the playoffs with David Palmer at tailback - will install a single wing package with Anquan taking the direct deep snap.

Buck lateral series, baby!

The only reason using the second round pick on Henson would be a waste
I think Henson would represent good value at #33.

But the only way to do the deal would be for Houston to sign him and trade him to us now for the #33.

Assuming he's the guy Dennis wants - If we wait til the draft, too many things could go wrong and we could wind up at #16 or so being stuck with no great QB to draft (kind of what happened when we passed over Suggs).

But I don't think that's the case anyway. I think the Cards will keep the #3 and draft either one of the QB's, a WR or Taylor.

Jeff,

You may know this already but I think it's important to remember that Drew Henson had only started a grand total of 8 collegiate games.

He's been away from the game for years.

I think at this point the learning curve is too great, and the gamble too risky.

If they trade the #33 for Henson I'll put down the Kool-Aid and pick up the Patrone.

Jeff,

Don't go out on a limb......you got a lot of bases covered with the statement that the Cards will draft one of the two QB's a WR or Taylor......

or draft down and draft Udeze or ....or ...or

If MIA is after another QB maybe they cut Fiedler or Griese... Jay Fiedler from MIA was trained by DG as was Todd Bouman in NO.

Graves is no longer in charge that is obvious. Graves signed Blake.

I love Blake ripping DG when he actually had the team take a 500 000 hit so Blake gets a shot at catching on. This sounds cLeon-ish to me. If this guy was a Leon that is why he was cut. DG doesn't put up with that crap. That is why he cut George after his season.

Plus DG knows QBs. Plus you get an extra 1 million to spend. This doesn't say anything about who the Cards will draft #3 it can be played either way.

PS that Michigan QB list is hardly stellar Grbac? Harbough? Griese? Even Brady is not a great QB. That is hardly a great QB factory.
