So, nice-guys Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison aren't going to the superbowl this year? They haven't been to numerous post seasons? What about Hines Ward? What about Warrcik Dunn or Marshal Faulk?

If Boldoin didn't apologize he would have more success in the future?

You don't have to be a ******* like TO to be great. It's not because the Cardinals are "nice guys" that they haven't been successful.

Why it took someone a whole day to call BS on this post is beyond me.

If you like sissy football fine. I don't. I want more Anquan Boldins instead of Tom Knights. Guys with an intense fire and passion for winning because that is what it is going to take to turn around the Cardinal football fortunes.

Manning and Harrison and Ward have played for a franchise that has not had a winning season this century? Put them on the field in Arizona and see how "nice" they are.

And as for Boldin whether he apologized or not would have no effect at all on his future. It does affect the perception of the franchise.

I'm calling BS on your post.

Someone needs to start the "we aren't going to take this anymore" stand. I don't want to leave the stadium one more time thinking we got hosed by one sided calls and the players are sick of it too. Q did what needed to be done. The fans made their point a few weeks back. We really do need this. An attitude change is a coming.

You can do exatcly that without making dumb penalties that cost your team.

Again why fans are making excuses for something Boldin himself said was wrong is completely beyond me.

The only statement that taking you helmet off makes is, 15 YARDS.

If any other player but the God like status Boldin did this, everyone would be singing a different tune.

The fact is that it was Anquan though. He plays 100% on every single down and leaves it all out on the field. His passion for the game and his effort is something that needs to be infused into more than a couple of his team mates. Contrary to another post he never plays "soft" and his apologizing doesn't make him suddenly "soft".

So yeah, he is cut some slack by us fans. He has earned it.
