On ProFootballTalk today they were saying that in the midst of changing agents and the vast majority of his teammates attending OTAs, Q is on vacation.
Rosenhaus or not, Q is still being Q. Nothing's changed.
Some will be OK with this, some not. I have been losing patience for a while, and I think that there comes a point where his teammates lose empathy for him, especially when they are out there working (when they don't have to either, and all of them run the same risks, etc.). Even though the players would never call Q out publicly, don't be surprised if quite a few of them are fed up with him and Dockett. How would you feel about a couple of your colleagues if your boss organized a so-called "voluntary" function and you went and worked hard, while they did not? You would be indignant and rightfully so.
Imagine what the impact would have been if Q reported to the OTAs after firing Rosenhaus. He could have saved face in the most major of ways and re-established himself as one of the legitimate leaders of the team. Sadly, Q is still all about Q. Still slipping out the back door.
