Man, you are just full of negative on everyone

Every damn post is a negative post!

Glad he was here and glad he made waves in the league. Hope he does well there and turns that team around.

I hope the Cards go after Fanigo or Schwartz. I can't believe the Bills let Schwartz go after their D was so good.

Congrats!

Bowles deserves it.

What a difference 2 years makes. I remember lamenting Bowles coming in and replacing Ray Horton, now I am lamenting Bowles leaving 2 year later. LOL.

Good luck in NY, with that defensive line they can be special out there in NYC, just need to find some secondary help.

It's great for Bowles but Schefter was saying that NY preferred Quinn from Seattle but didn't want to wait for him. He said the Jets considered it close between the two so went ahead and pulled the trigger on Bowles.

Can we at least hire guy who can:

Cover TE's

Not leave receivers wide open

Put constant pressure on the QB

Not let QB's like Wilson run free all over the place

Could you imagine Channel Gailey running a Matt Ryan offense? I for one am glad he went to the AFC. Congrats TB.

Big Red should have made Bowles HC and fired Arians. The success has not been due to the offense. Under Whiz it was first Haley and then Horton who made the offense and then defense successful. Arians is so overrated. I hope LaBeau rumors are false. I dont have much confidence in a 77 year old DC new to a job.

Anyways, congrats, Todd. I don't anticipate a ton of success in NY for him, given his calm demeanor and a bare cupboard at QB, but I'll be rooting for him, especially given how much I hated Rex Ryan.

I'm excited to see who we tab as the new DC, and especially hopeful that LeBeau joins the organization. If he doesn't, I'm going to be very wary.

The Jets did it again. Not sure this is a good long term fit for Todd. The NY press could eat him for lunch. Another DC hire for HC. What is that, 4 in a row. In an NFL designed for offense the crazy ass Jets went against the grain.

The Jets may have over achieved to reach 4-12 last season. They have a few studs surrounded by a whole bunch of duds.

FWIW, Geno Smith was the only quarterback in the league to post a perfect passer rating last year (final game).

"Yeah, sorry Mr. 2x Coach of the Year, we're gonna fire you and replace you with an unproven HC in Bowles."

I'm hoping you come out and tell us that you're either a) joking or b) overreacting, because this is unquestionably one of the most asinine things I've ever end on this board.

Nah...someone posted saying that the Bidwills intentionally tanked the season to save some money by bringing Lindley and not a more expensive option at qb.

That's right. There have been some doozies here lately. I don't think I have the creativity to come up with anything better.

That may be over the top.

I mean, there have been SO many asinine things said on this board, there would be a real argument over top spots.

BRMO has a chance, though.

Wow never guessed he would take the Jets job. However they do have a solid defense to build off of.

Wish the best for Bowles! Thanks for your service here in Az!

I'm trying to figure out if you are a troll or just have a really bad thought process and actually believe that trash that you post.

This was an extremely poor choice by Bowles. They are at best the third best team in that division without a lot of young talent on that team.

I doubt he makes it to year 3.
