Brad Miller a Possibility?

Just wondering if anyone else wouldnt mind the idea of the Suns trading for Miller.

Heres a deal that might make some upset cause i know Raja is a fan favorite around here, but it makes us better imo.

While we take on Brad Millers contract for the next 3 years, we also move Marcus Banks.

I dont think the Kings would do this until Spencer Hawes returns and shows his worth, and we might have to throw in a first rounder to get them to bite. But i think its worth it.

Barbosa starts at SG and Grant Hill moves to the bench and Hill and Strawberry take over Raja and Banks minutes.

Nash/Strawberry
Barbosa/Hill
Marion/Tucker
Amare/Diaw
Miller/Skinner/Marks

We dont lose anything really in this deal other than Raja's perimeter Defense, cause Barbosa is a overall better scorer than Raja, and Miller has a midrange game and hes a rebounder/shotblocker.

So would anyone here do this trade, and would the Suns and Kings do such a trade?

i'd have to pass on that one. raja is too valuable to this team to give up for brad miller especially when we have skinner playing well thus far, and we don't know exactly how good he can be yet

Seriously though, i'm not sold on Miller anymore. He's on the downslide IMO. Good idea though because we may have seen the best of Raja's game at this point also.

Salaries are pretty far off.

This is a terrible idea. 5 years ago, I would have supported this. Actually, I was one of the few people on here (or phxsuns.net) pimping him when he was coming out of CHA. As much as I want Marion gone, I don't want him gone for this....

Marion wasnt in my proposed deal for Miller, Raja and Banks were going the other way for him.

I want this team to add rebounders not lose the small amount we already have.

The Suns are fresh out of available first round picks in the the near future Those two first round picks given up to move KT really hurt in terms of trades.
