Bridges is better for this team then Elton Brown for multiple reasons -
1. Bridges better fits, because he has a nasty attitude.
2. People may not have liked him in 04 or 05 but do people remember who the OL coaches were back then, wasnt one of them a guy who retired only a year earlier and was playing with the same guys he was coaching only a year earlier, forgot his name. I dont hold anything the OL did those years against them under those circumstances.
3. He is just better then Elton at OG and OT. By how much, not a lot but an upgrade none the less.
This also proves once and for all the Cards are not afraid of players with not so great pasts, or transgressions in their past. Bridges is on probation, Keith is on probation, and probably some other guys on the team.
