Despite the worst game of the season so far for the OL, they did not give up any sacks today.

Monte Beisel played well in Dansby's absence. Special teams coverage units didn't give up any touchdowns.
No stupid penalties on defense that I recall. I don't count the phantom bogus made-up idiotic phony facemask against Calvin Pace as a stupid penalty, that's just all too typical NFL officiating incompetence.

I liked what I saw of defense and if they'd been on the field less I would think that they'd been in a great position to lock down the game. I'm possitive those 3 and outs on offense were not only demoralizng but physically costing too.
Heart Heart didn't start, start. He was so so when he did play...whiffed a block and then drove the pile forward for edge's td.
D-Dock and that's it, damn it!
That's mildly impressive. I guess. I mean, One Heart Murmur would have given up 60 if they were on the field that long. So yeah, there's that.
The defense played pretty good overall.

Arrington made another play as a receiver out of the backfield. That was my main complaint on him coming in he wasn't a good receiver and I have to credit him he clearly worked hard on that this offseason.
He's averaging 10.5 yards per catch this year, he's actually been a viable 3rd down RB of late. Still not nearly the runner I hoped he'd be when we picked him but he's improved a lot as a receiver.

Bright spots?
Well the bar on the galley (the ol' pirate ship) has good looking waitrisses and stiff drinks.
As for the Cardinals - that was the all time worst game to attend. And i have been to some bad ones. There were like 4 Cardinal fans there and overall the experience was just so circa 2000 cardinal fan days.
The overall thing that sucks is how bad we looked after a bye week. This the first time Wiz has caused me too lose a little faith so seeing how they bounce back is going to show me ALOT about this coaching staff and team.

lol...I'm trying to NOT be angry. I always prefer to look on the bright side.
No that is a bright side. I just don't get that upset after a loss. It's just a game. Just entertainment. That's it. Nothing life changing is happening on that field.

Gotcha.
Well, not for us fans. But there sure are a lot of life changing events taking place on that field for the players,coaches,and management and their families.
Events that can drastically impact their lives now and 30 years from now.
