Even after signing Even Engram during NFL free agency, the Denver Broncos are still doing their homework on tight ends leading up to the 2025 NFL draft.
The latest prospect getting a look from Denver's front office is Texas tight end Gunnar Helm. The Broncos recently brought in Helm for a pre-draft visit, according to a report from KUSA-TV's Mike Klis.
NFL clubs are allowed to host 30 non-local prospects on visits ahead of the draft each spring. Because he is a local prospect from Englewood, Colorado, Helm does not count against Denver's 30-player limit.
Helm (6-5, 241 pounds) had a breakout season with the Longhorns last fall, hauling in 60 receptions for 786 yards and seven touchdowns in 16 games.
Helm also met with the Broncos at the NFL combine. He's projected as a third-round pick, where Denver holds pick No. 85. The NFL draft will be held in Wisconsin from April 24-26.

Excuse me, Gunnar Helm!?
When I saw this trick play, I thought for sure this pass from Matthew Golden was getting picked off.
