I don't think the one where Giannis ran into Ayton with back his back partially turned was a foul.

I’m not saying his fouls aren’t legit, I’m saying that with the amount of no calls we see on players like Book, Giannis forces the refs hands when he falls and screams.

That has nothing to do with it. You’ve watched the games, you KNOW Book gets no respect from the refs.
