That is amazing!!! Did he get on the field??? Even if not still pretty remarkable!

He's an amazing story. Him and his parents moved to The States from Nigeria when he was 12 at which time he tested into the ninth grade.

He started playing football the next year (first time ever playing the game) as a 13 year old sophomore and he started all 13 games on the defensive line. His junior and senior he played both OL and DL and was All-State both years.

Signed his LOI with Louisville at the age of 15

In 2003 as a true freshman, at the age of 16, he became the youngest player to play D1 football. He played in 13 games and had 17 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and 1 sack.

i wonder if okoye is related to the nigerian nightmare Christen okoye. i wouldn't doubt it. i wouldn't be disappointed if the cardinals take this kid at the number 5 spot. he is young and talented. he must have a strong work ethic and be a very smart kid ir order to graduate high scool at 15 and be done with college at the age of 19. you want players like that.

If we didnt have Leinart I would be ga ga for Russell. Reminds me of Culpepper. Al Davis should be put away if he passes on Russell. What if the kid wants Quinn? Will Al let him have his way?
you say he reminds you of culpepper like that is good thing--what was he without moss, carter and robert smith?

lmao. What would Kurt Warner had been without Faulk, Bruce, and Holt? What would Peyton Manning be without James Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne? How would Troy Aikman had turned out without Emmitt Smith Michael Irvin and a snow plow for an O line?

Of course the Bucs also thinks Simms is an NFL starting QB.
