I turned on the TV and saw that play out. Then I turned the TV back off after it was called off.

I heard something like "By rule, the kicking team cannot advance the ball." Is that some type of Pro Bowl rule? I can't believe I even tried to give this game a chance.

"By rule" ... lol, that kills me when they say that. Everything called is by rule ain't it??

I think the call had something to do whether it's a muffled punt or a fumble.
