It doesn't matter. I bet the incentives are easily reached. This way the team can say they didn't cave and Budda has to "earn" it, but at the same time Budda knows he's getting compensated. They gave him a signing bonus which is instant cash money! Without doing anything!

And I hate to make everything about K1, but I was concerned about these two getting along with each other. I hope they've mended fences if there was some kind of rift. Need our leaders to be on the same page.
