Disagree. I saw a report before one of the games that strongly implied Paul's heel wasn't too bad and he could play if he had to. They just are trying to avoid running him into the ground, and that's what I'm expressing satisfaction at. Johnson I'm less certain about...thought his knee wasn't very badly injured...
He had surgery on it. You don’t usually need surgery for something not very badly injured.

We should be scouting this Bulls team to see who on it might be a missing piece for this team to put it over the top. They stink and I think will be sellers at the deadline.

Maybe DeRozan? Slide him in as a small ball 4 who can create his own shot and for others. Especially not knowing if Cam can come back to be a force this season.

Throw Crowder, Dario and a couple picks their way. They gotta rebuild at this point because this mess ain’t going anywhere.

You're reading between the lines but missing the point IMO. Some injuries you play through, some you just don't.

If there's any heel pain at all, you probably shouldn't play. And shouldn't becomes mustn't when you're talking about an oft-injured 37 year old. You conclude they're sitting him so they don't run him down when it's at least as likely they are sitting him to avoid harming his career. He might be day to day but CP3 is one player that won't sit a day longer than his doctors and trainers recommend.

Drummond trying to bump Ish out of the way. Ish is big in his own right.
