Not sure if you'll read this board, but if you do, know that I love having you on this team! You are a joy to watch because it's very clear you get joy in playng the game! You're treatment of the fans is also noteworthy. I sit in section 102, right above where you guys enter and exit the Locker Room and we LOVE it when you come by! Hold the helmet high and proud dude!!

And the hit you laid on Barber today was tremendous!!!! Great job buddy!!

Watch Campbell during the KO return for a TD. He's running downfield with Arrington! The guy can really move especially for someone his size.

Well said. This guy is just a football player. He'll be starter next year and for many years to come. It'll be disappointing to see Antonio Smith leave but his replacement is in place right now.

Campbell has been a huge surprise to me thought he was an underachiever who played too high in college, he's been great.

On Smith, one thing you have to give Antonio is he is ALWAYS around the ball. If there's a fumble he's going to probably get it. They ought to move him to RT so when Warner fumbles, Antonio can get the ball back for us.

Not so fast my friend....

Let's not forget Berry and Okeafor are in the last year of their deals as well. All 3 of those guys made a big play yesterday and we cannot lose all 3 without creating a huge hole on the roster. To me, it's most logical that Smith is a bigger priority than Berry or Okeafor. But, he may be very expensive to keep.

Graves has a very tough job over the next few months.

Smith doesn't play the same position as Berry or Okeafor (Okeafor's signed through 2009). Smith may be younger and have more potential then Berry or CO, but they've got to look at the depth at the position. Can they afford to pay DD and Smith while allowing CC and Iwebema to be backups? If we're looking at all of the defensive free agents, we've got to add in Dansby, Haggans and Green (there might be more backups that I'm not aware of). Overall they'll have their hands full with free agents this offseason.

That's what I was trying to say basically. They have so many pieces to try and re-sign you can't really pencil in anyone as "gone" or "coming back" at this point. At least they anticipated the situation in the last draft.

If Berry would come back for the same value he did this year, and if Okeafor were to follow a similar path, and both could remain productive than losing Smith wouldn't hurt as bad. If Smith can be had at a higher, but reasonable price, bring him back.

But the FA market will overpay for the best guy out there. If Smith is one of the best than he'll be overpaid, and I don't want AZ to have to overpay for any player. Whatever the end result, depth is king, and losing 3 big time players without a good plan to replace them is a very scary thing.

Very true. Much to early to try and project what'll happen six months from now. A bit premature in my comment.

Okeafer is under contract for one more season after this one.

The D UFA's are Berry, Dansby, Haggans, Green, Smith.
