Not easy to find a GM willing to suffer working for MB. You have to deal with his meddling as well as be his coffee boy/fixer all while trying to construct a roster and scout draft picks.
I do not buy that or the coach stuff at all. There are only 32 teams at one of the highest profile sports on the planet... there are qualified people who want that job :)

There are qualified people who'd want the job, but they wouldn't be the best people, because the best people can wait out the opportunity until a good job opens up.

You can get Steve Wilks types, but you're never going to get Sean Payton.

True. It is why we likely end up with Wilson or Harris but at least there is hope they can be better than Keim.
