Bethel? Maybe Williams? Budda can play some slot CB. HB has some coverage skills. So yeah it's still a need.

In a draft supposedly loaded at CB, and with a DIRE NEED at the position, I have a hard time understanding drafting two guys in round 1 and 2 who won't even start year 1 and then basically trading to the bottom of the 3rd round.

We got our #2 corner after week 1. Lets just see the whole product before we leap to assumptions

Our #2 CB had three good games to start the year and then was awful.

And losing game 1 threw the entire season out of whack and it was primarily because we had no number 2 CB.

Bethea and HB (until he goes on IR).

Honestly if the rook cant beat out slow arse Bethea with all this praise hes getting about being a playmaker something's wrong. Bethea should be a mentor and back up. Im certainly not assuming hes just going to start.

My thinking exactly.

So, should we just shut the board down until then?

And you realize that a) waiting until week 2 to get our #2 CB singlehandedly lost is Game 1 that BA said threw the entire team off and b) that Marcus Cooper was generally awful
After his first couple games and that spot killed us most of the year?

Yes I am saying we got our #2 corner last year after week 1. This group deserves for us to trust the process.

Again, the number 2 CB... eh, forget it. You're right... they obviously know what they're doing at that spot considering it's been the biggest weakness of the D for years. How dare I assume they won't fix it.. again.
