Can't risk cutting Rue

Emmit, Marcel and Damian as HB and Hodgins and Rue at fullback. Diamond might past the 24 hour period to be put on the practice squad but there is no way Rue will be overlooked. Do we really want the Rams to find a starting FB in Rue?

Keep Diamond! Banks is decent, but I think Diamond has beat him out. I fully agree ref Joshua Rue - we need to keep him over having a 4th RB.

I disagre I dont think Rue would be signed by anyone! hes an unknown who nobody wanted till the Cards signed him!

I think you are correct Shane, he was cut by Miami and had been out of football for a while. Very few teams will consider him, and those that do will be hard pressed to use a practice squad spot on a FB. And that includes us.

I have to argee on keeping him. We could use all the blocking we can get on special teams.

I like what I saw out of him.

I wish we would only keep 3 RB's...

I admit that Rue did a solid job of opening some holes, but he didn't pick up on very many blitz packages last night. I wouldn't mind seeing him develop on the practice squad, but I wouldn't waste a roster spot on him. I don't think he'll have a problem clearing waivers.

And why can't we keep only three RB's..........in my thinking, Scobey and Prentice are cut
