Our net yards rushing was 105. Not great, obviously, but added some balance. The Pats had a net of 90 yards. The wide-9 defence of the Eagles may open up rushing lanes if our guards, TE's and fullback can get their hands on the their linebackers.

Thanks, I didn't realize we got over a 100 yds. The 3.2 avg per rush needs to improve but that's better than I thought we did.

Agree that the wide-9 presents an opportunity to make some hay with the run game.

Even more amazing is that the Cards held the Patriots #2 RB to 18 yards on 8 carries.

The superior team on paper lost at home by 2.

AZ was in control throughout most of the game

Game decided on a missed FG at the end.

Both games very early in the season (this was week 2). Patriots were fine long term, obviously.
