Since the Cards have locked up 2nd place in the NFC West, all but one of the Cards opponents have been determined for next year. Looks to be a tough schedule:

HOME

Seattle
St. Louis
San Francisco
Dallas
NY Giants
Buffalo
Miami
Minnesota (2nd place NFC North)

AWAY

Seattle
St. Louis
San Francisco
Philadelphia
Washington
New England
NY Jets
New Orleans or Carolina (depends on which team finishes 2nd. New Orleans is the favorite)

Actual dates and times will be published by the NFL in mid-April.

If we lose out and SF wins out wouldn't that put us in third? SF would have a better conference record, better division record and would have beat us head to head twice.

Yeah, I guess your are right, but probably not going to happen. If the Cards finish 3rd, they would get Detroit at Home and Carolina on the Road, the rest of the games would stay the same.

If the Cards lose to ATL, I don't even care what the sched for next year is. I won't be watching.

But other than a few tough road games next year, it is not a bad schedule

Only overall record matters.

Except for 3-4 teams, the strength of a schedule is really difficult to gauge due to the league parity and so many other factors, players leaving for FA, players hurt, draft, coaching changes, etc.

Right now the only tough home games seem to be Seattle, Giants, Cowgirls.

The only tough road games seem to be Seattle and NE (brutal).

The rest are mediocre to poor teams.

I think that's a great schedule. Next year will be sold out again.

And on the bright side, Adrian Peterson will be playing in University of Phoenix Stadium next year. :|

If they make it to the Super Bowl count on 30-40,000 Cowboys fans at the game in Arizona.

Nah it wont be that high. I say at most 20-25 with the new stadium.

There were almost that many there last year without Dallas being in the Super Bowl.

Couple a Dallas sb appearance in Arizona with another disappointing Cardinals season (2007) and you have the makings for a perfect storm of bandwagon Cowboy fans at the PUP especially if the NFL schedules it early in the season before the Cards have a chance to offset the Cowboy mania with some success of their own.

The schedule matters not. If you live here, or near here, support the team and can afford the tickets, you'll be here to see the games.

If those conditions don't apply to you, so be it. Life goes on.

Assuming I'm still healthy next year, I'll be at the games and I'm looking forward to it already.

I don't think it would be that bad of a schedule.

Hmm, I can see the Cardinals live for:

NYJ, Philly, and Washington.

I probably can only pick one since it is mad expensive to buy tix.
