The line HAS to be better this week. Hard for me to believe that they will get smoked like last week. Have to guess "technique" was the main goal for the O-line in practice

I imagine that is always coached. Having Watford or Maybe Boone in there might help. I went ahead and put Palmer in, the eagles secondary is apparently weak and fletcher cox is out. Rapistberger is playing JAX so I imagine Palmer will have a bigger day if we can give him some sort of protection

Hey Mitch - really like the format of this preview with the PFF stats - would love to see you continue this.

Will do, my good friend. I was hoping the format would appeal to everyone. I paid the $39.99 for a year subscription to PFF. Well worth it, imo. I am not convinced of the accuracy as a whole, but I think in general terms it does reflect how well, mediocre or poorly the players are performing. It's at least interesting to look at.

42-13 Eagles. Cards go up 10-0, and then get outscored 42-3. See lots of "injuries" and players (especially on D) quitting. Palmer goes down and we see Drew.

Sorry, but this is how I see it playing out Sunday; pissed off, and waiting another couple weeks for the walking dead to start.

Yep, I'm playing Palmer over Prescott.

Bub bye then...

If I'm terribly wrong, I'll suspend myself for 6 games.

If you're wrong, you do the same. And apologize for questioning my fandom.

If Philly wins the game by more than 16, then you go buh bye. If the cards win by even a point, I'll go pound sand.

Deal?

This is the game that the Cards expose themselves bad. I don’t see this being pretty. Start tanking for Rosen

So the Cardinals are going to expose themselves by most accounts here as a bad team? What is Philly going to do, reveal they are a great team? I know what is going to happen, it is going to be another ugly crap game with the Eagles having the advantage at home and the Cardinals not taking advantage of early chances which for the most part have been there every game... are we having fun yet, with K9's prediction 16-21 being about right, whether its Kelly green or Cardinal red with the top score lol

This is why PFF's (fake) stats are nonsense to me. Anyone who watches and understands football and has looked at Patrick Peterson and concluded that he's having a C-plus season is insane.

They don't factor in a lack of targets. PP's receiver may catch 2 of 3 balls for 24 yards. To PFF he's giving up a 66% completion rate and 12 YPC. That would be bad if you applied it to a corner who gets targeted 12 times per game, but he doesn't. It's just a terrible grading system when you don't account for the fact that PP is taking away their #1 threat and making him a non factor every game, and instead only look at the result when his receiver does get a target.

We match up very poorly against this team. We are worse than our 2-2 record. I think we will be down by 2 scores before halftime.

We won’t be any more competitive unless our coaching staff gets their crap together and we become more healthy. If we can can make it to 4-4 by the season’s halfway mark we might have a chance to make it to the postseason.

It looks like rain for tomorrow's game. Cards lack of run game is major concern if that's the case. To make matters worse, Philly running the ball extremely well last few games.

But according to PFF, Peterson is the top-ranked corner in the game?

No sense.

Why would he have to punish himself for you commenting on how you have no hope for the season?

He said; "Bub bye then..." apparently there was a lot of subtext we aren't picking up on! ROFL.
