This fan base, man.

It's the best TE room this franchise has probably ever had and fans still moan.

Zach Ertz isn't over the hill and he can hardly help the routes he is asked to run and Kyler being check down king. I pointed out one 30 yarder where Ertz was wide open last week and that was just skimming the first half.

He's TE10 in yards and TE4 in fantasy and fans still complain.

The whole receiving corps YPC is trash because Kyler's YPA is trash.

It is a great TE room, but the Novacek/Awalt room might have been better

There is a reason Anderson is still on the roster. Most years he would easily be the best #2 TE the Cardinals had on their roster.

Its actually a fairly obvious proposition that this is among the best Arizona Cardinals TE rooms ever.

To be fair, it's a low bar.

But also, when Maxx is healthy (which he clearly hasn't been) it's obviously very good too. Even now with Ertz and McBride it's still good.

Ertz, a rookie with a handful of catches, and bottom-end roster fodder. That's the roster. If you want to say you like Ertz and he's a good TE, fine. That's one player. The ROOM isn't good. It can maybe become good, but that rookie couldn't even get active to start the season, so that's enthusiasm tempered right there.
