So 14 hits for the Dbacks and score only 3 runs. No chance of winning when you leave they many guys on base. 3 different times the bases were left loaded. Plus 2 crucial uncharacteristic errors hurt

How have the Cards won that many games while scoring 80 less runs than the DBacks and are 34 games over .500? 5 starters under 3 ERA and add Siegrist and Rosenthal to close it out. PITCHING

We've all been concerned with Goldy's loss of power over the past few months.

Today's AzRepublic had an article which said, "The Diamondbacks are also keeping tabs on the status of first baseman Paul Goldschmidt's wife as she's set to deliver a baby in the near future."

What has Paul's problem with home runs been? Lately he ain't gettin' none. Just sayin'.

Lineup on the field tonight was less than inspiring, to say the least. I feel like Peralta should be on the field regardless of match-up, especially with Goldy in a power outage. He plays with passion and heart, and there didn't seem to be much out there tonight.

Oh well, here's to Corbin righting the ship tomorrow night. [emoji482]

Ditto... The team looked completely dead... Ray is shot. His confidence is gone... Hasn't won a game since July 7th!
The difference in quality across the lineup is black & white with respect to the Cards, who are not having a good offensive season, yet, are beating us with ease...
Owings, Ahmed and Tomas at seriously hurting this team...

I guess they just have more to cheer about? Oh, well. I didn't get to watch the game. Glad I didn't now.:-\.

I don't want to seem like a complainer on here, and try not to, but my really only questioning of moves so far, is why is Godley not up here? From the times I saw him pitch on tv, he was the best pitcher we had. Someone who put the numbers up that he did, although it is only a relatively short time frame, should be up here until he is no longer producing. MY OPINION ONLY. Oh, well.:-!

They let the first game go. This last game was nasty.

It's sad too because you can hear the St Louis fans cheer louder than that Dbacks fans!

I was at the game last night... You need to understand that from the very first batter of the game, the Dbacks gave us nothing to cheer about. The score was 4-0 before we ever even got to bat! And it only got worse from there...
Sure, the Cards were cheering louder... but that's mainly because us Dbacks had nothing to cheer about!

I did boo Tomas a couple of times, isn't that considered cheering? [emoji36]

AZ sports at its finest. Same thing happens when the Lakers, Cubs, Seahawks, Steelers, and other trendy teams come to the Valley.

It will unfortunately always be like that here. Went to the Coyotes/Red Wings game and it was 80% Detroit fans

What? You mean they beat us silly right out of the shoot and take the crowd instantly out of the game??

Headed to the game again tonight. I'm a glutton for punishment I guess.
