Sad day in the desert and elsewhere for Cardinals fans and diehards. We deserve better than this in such a big game. It's back to the drawing board because it certainly looks like there will be a very good team for years to come in Carolina.
Nothing much worked or went right for the Cardinals today. We're not going to get much help in the draft for next year, we'll be drafting 30th I think. We really need help in a few areas. It's tough to get pass rushers, but maybe Michael can open the wallet for one. Ware really made a difference for Denver.
I'd really like to address the QB position going forward also. We might have seen the best of Palmer that we're going to. They really need to get serious about grooming a young accurate passer.
ILB has to be addressed also. Another position to look closely at in FA. Move Buchannan tlo SS, which he is.
Impressed with the rookie D. Johnson, but the rest did'nt come through much. CJ was OK, Ellington took a step in the wrong direction.
Arians likes speed; BUT IT'S Fundamentally missing on the D side.

Yup hats off to the Panthers. They played a hell of a game. They wanted to make a statement with this game and did.
